  1. During the Film Festival tour for The Last Guardian, I was struck by the amount of love, support, and encouragement that was being given by the fellow filmmakers, film watchers, new friends and judges. The outpouring of support is one of the big reasons I'm thrilled to make this announcement and take on this huge technical challenge. Parish Productions is happy to announces their most ambitious project yet, Fallen Star! The film is a culmination of 13 years of filmmaking and learning, once again aiming to push the boundaries of what is possible in low budget independent films. The film will take advantage of a newly constructed virtual studio, pioneering new filming techniques for Parish Productions. With returning members and some fresh faces, filming will begin in May 2024, with a film festival tour to follow in 2025.  With the new project underway and the conclusion of the last festivals, The Last Guardian will transition from its home website (TheLastGuardianSeries.com) to the film catalog section in early 2024, while Fallen Star, its behind the scenes documentary and production journal takes over as Parish Productions current project website.
