These are the films that helped created Parish Productions and turn it into the well known group it has become today! Origins was released in 2010, Origins II: The Rising was released in 2011, and Origins III: Destiny was released in 2012. Following the release of Origins III, the series took a 4 year break before returning in 2016 with Origins IV: Revelations. In 2018, the final feature chapter of the Origins Series arrived with Origins V: Times Arrow, tying the whole five film series together as it always was meant to be. In 2021, the short film, Origins: Ascension will officially wrap the final lose threads of the series up

The Origins series helped Parish Productions grow. Starting with a cast of 4 university students and ending with a cast of 20, going from 30min runtimes to 120min runtimes, and pushing the levels of student and independent film production, turning Parish Productions into the group it is today. The cast for the films included: Kyle Parish, Matthew Schliesmann, Neil Pothier, Joseph Popma, Sarah Long, Joseph Laxton, Tessa Morris, Mickey Welde, Stephanie Grant, Megan Nolan, Daniel Popma, Andrew Bacon, Tyler Gordanier, Amanda Fraser, Rob Murray, Domonique Landry, Emily Wonja, Melissa Redford, Joey Gordon, and Becca Elliott. With each film, the group learned from their mistakes and improved for the next film.
